Homeless Connect
Mobile Health Collaborative helps train and supply health students as volunteer patient navigators for both Family Connect ( Spring) and Homeless Connect events. These volunteers connect to each individual or family seeking medical / health related social services and help them identify their medical needs, and begin to develop solutions through visits with our vendors. We also participate in follow up of the patient/ guests referrals.
Training Schedules will be announced - There will be 6 sessions to choose from, located at NSC, UNLV Main Campus, and The School of Medicine.

Homeless Connect is mainly geared toward the Homeless Community - but is increasingly assisting vulnerable populations who - although not homeless- are not receiving the care they need. All types of Medical and Social services are offered.
We are currently accepting patient navigation volunteers for Family Connect. By being a navigator, you will help give a personalized experience to each family served. If you are interested in volunteering as a navigator for Family Connect, please register with the button below.

All donations will be made to Southern Nevada CHIPs 501(c)3, the fiscal agent for the Mobile Health Collaborative (MHC)
